Teeth Grinding
Teeth grinding, clenching, gnashing or Bruxism is a condition that affects around 20% of people (including children). This can take place both in the day, which is brought on unconsciously especially when anxiety or stress is prevalent or at night during ones sleep where more often than not the action is grinding and gnashing. This is called sleep bruxism.

How do I treat bruxism:
