Envisage offers all the effective non-surgical options available at other clinic, but in addition our doctors and nurses are fully trained and experienced in many other treatments not generally available at most cosmetic clinics on the Gold Coast.

Our philosophy has always been one of conservative treatment. In essence we find most of our patients want to look great for their age.

They want to “look good, not look done”. Generally subtle results that can be reviewed and maybe improved at a later date are the best and safest way to go.

This is especially true for men. Envisage has always treated a large number of male patients and this trend is increasing. Male faces have a different, more angled, appearance and cannot look as if any cosmetic procedure has been performed.

Importantly, if we do not believe you should have or need a treatment, or if we do not think that we have a suitable treatment, we will tell you.

At Envisage Clinic you are a patient, not a client. It’s a small but important distinction. Medical patients and their needs always come first, the best outcome for a patient is always the main priority, even if it is a minimal treatment or no treatment at all. Clients, on the other hand, are customers who are sold to, sometimes unfortunately to their detriment.

Your first appointment at Envisage will always start with, or totally be, a full consultation and assessment.

We see many patients who have had multiple treatments previously but have never been given a proper assessment and explanation of options. This gives you the time to explain your concerns and what you wish to achieve, and gives us the ability to explain what different treatments are available that may be suitable.

Sometimes this may be an option or options that you had not previously considered.

Time permitting you may wish to start treatment at that consultation, or you may wish to take time to consider different options (or the option of not having any treatment) and come back at a later date.
